Refund policy

What is our return/refund policy?

We strive to have you driving in style all year long. Should you need to return an item, please reach out to us at info@jantamods.ca . Include in your email, your order number along with the reason for your return. We will do our best to assist you.

Return:

For all merchandise with the exception of steering wheels, you may return your purchase within 15 days of the delivery date. In order to return the product, it must be NEW and UNUSED, display no wear and tear and be in it's original packaging along with all contents that were received. Purchases may be returned via mail at the buyers expense.

*Any returns with missing item/s from the original order will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Refund:

All refunds will be issued via original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling. 

 

*Exception to general return policy*

Steering Wheels Returns:

Products will only qualify for a refund if it has a manufacturers' defect( ). Merchandise that are personalised, i.e logos, special colour carbon fibre, or any other form of specialisation will not quality for a refund but can be returned to us to fix the issue. For all other standard steering wheels, a 50% restocking fee is applicable for all returned orders, less shipping and handling.
